If you’ve experienced trauma or overwhelming stress, therapy can help you feel grounded and safe again. My approach is trauma-informed and personalized to your needs. I use evidence-based methods like EMDR therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Prolonged Exposure (PE) to help you process the past and build resilience in the present.
I am particularly interested in working with survivors of sexual trauma, childhood trauma, traumatic invalidation, and attachment wounding.

If anxiety feels like it’s taking over your life, therapy can help you find calm and confidence again. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s driving your anxious thoughts and sensations, using a mix of exposure therapy, mindfulness, and somatic techniques. You’ll learn practical tools to reduce avoidance, regulate intense emotions, and feel more grounded and present in your daily life.

If you’re struggling with intrusive thoughts or compulsive behaviors, you don’t have to face them alone. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)—the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for OCD—to help you break free from the cycle of fear and regain a sense of peace and control in your life.

If you often feel flooded by big emotions or find it hard to stay steady when life gets intense, therapy can help. I work with people who want to understand and manage their feelings with more ease. Using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), we’ll explore what your emotions are trying to tell you and practice practical skills to help you regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and stay grounded when things feel overwhelming.

Whether you’re feeling distant, stuck in conflict, or wanting to reconnect, therapy can help you strengthen your relationships and feel more understood. I offer relationship therapy for couples and partners who want to communicate more openly, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection.
I also work with people navigating non-romantic relationships—such as roommates, friends, family members, and co-workers—to improve communication, process emotions, and create healthier dynamics.
My approach draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, two evidence-based models proven to help people reduce conflict and build stronger, more authentic bonds. -
As an openly queer therapist, I’m dedicated to providing gender- and sexuality-affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and anyone exploring their identity or relationships. My practice is sex-positive, kink-affirming, and welcoming of nontraditional relationship structures, including consensual non-monogamy (CNM) and polyamory.
I also offer pro-bono letters of support for trans and gender-nonconforming clients seeking gender-affirming procedures. My goal is to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself—without judgment, shame, or the need to explain who you are.
